Administration Officer – Health Promotion & Program Integration (HPPI)
The Administration Officer – HPPI provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Manager – HPPI and other program team managers across Health Promotion, Chronic Disease and Aged Care.
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality, culturally sensitive, comprehensive primary health care service programs at Humpty Doo Clinic aimed at improving the health status of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents of the greater Darwin region.
Lead senior oversight for Chronic Disease services to Aboriginal communities in Greater Darwin. Direct DDHS strategy, operations, service models, and workforce.
Senior Manager Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB)
Lead SEWB services for Aboriginal communities in Greater Darwin. Develop, implement, and enhance SEWB services. Lead SEWB initiatives and build trauma-informed capability across DDHS teams.
The Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHP) will participate in the provision of comprehensive primary health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of the Greater Darwin Area.
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality, culturally sensitive, comprehensive primary health care service programs at the Palmerston and Humpty Doo Health Clinic’s aimed at improving the health and wellbeing status of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents of the greater Darwin region.
The purpose of the Aboriginal Disability Liaison Officer (ADLO) is to ensure there is culturally appropriate connection between the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS) and the Community.
The Tobacco Action Officer’s primary responsibility is to deliver smoking cessation support services and programs to Indigenous people in the Darwin Region including in clinic and outreach settings.

Project Manager Service Model Planning and Change Management
Drive the project planning and change management of the DDHS Service Model Implementation Project and to undertake priority project work under the project.
The Maternal Support Worker is responsible for supporting the social emotional wellbeing/perinatal mental health of families during the perinatal period.
The Healing and Recovery Clinical Lead will manage aftercare services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People post-suicide attempt or a crisis, providing a safe space, culturally appropriate coordination and support.
